How we work, and what you own at the end

- How we work
Projects succeed when they start from how the business works, not from a technology stack chosen in advance. Here is the engagement in plain words: how we scope, how we price, what you see along the way, and what is yours when it is done.
- Reply within 6 hours
- Written scope, timeline and cost before work starts
- Demos at every stage
- Licences, code and documentation in your name
A project, step by step
The same five steps for Zoho, custom software and ZMOS implementations.
- Discovery
A call about how the work flows today, who does it and what must change. Free.
- Written proposal
Scope, timeline and cost, and what is out of scope. Fixed price for defined work, hourly against a cap for small work.
- Build in stages
Working features at regular demos; you test them on your own data.
- Launch
Data migrated and checked, users trained, documentation handed over.
- Support
One free month of support and onboarding, then optional monthly support.
Two engagement models
- Fixed-price project
For new apps, implementations, integrations and custom software. Quoted from estimated days and complexity; changes are written up before they are built.
- Hourly against a cap
For small changes, Deluge scripts, fixes, reports and ongoing support. Billed for time actually spent, with a summary on every invoice. Rates on request.
What you own
Everything is in your name: the Zoho licences or hosting account, the code in your repository, the documentation and the data.
- No lock-in: any developer can continue from the documentation
- We say what a tool will not do before the project, not during it
- The people who scope the project are the people who build it
Who you will work with
Our CTO, Arunkumar V, makes the technical decisions on every project and builds on Zoho every day. He holds the Master of Creator award from the Zoho Creator Partner Hackathon 2025. The team works from India with hours that overlap the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Questions
How do you price a project?
Defined projects get a fixed price from the estimated days and complexity; small work is billed hourly against an agreed cap. Rates are shared on request; the pricing page has an estimator for typical hours.
What if the scope changes?
Changes are written up with their effect on timeline and cost before they are built, and you decide.
Do you work in our time zone?
Our day covers the UK and European morning, the Australian and New Zealand afternoon, and the US early morning; we also hold calls outside those hours by arrangement.
Tell us the workflow that breaks
We reply within 6 hours with questions or times for a call, then a written proposal with scope, timeline and cost.
