How the first day goes

- Create the workspace
Company name, currency and time zone. An e-mail code confirms the sign-in.
- Add items and warehouses
Type them in or import items, customers and vendors from a file.
- Post opening stock
Balances go live with the first movement.
- Open the first job
A BOM, a work order, a job card. Invite the storekeeper and the supervisor.
What happens after six months
Nothing is charged automatically. Pick a plan, or the workspace pauses with your data intact and exportable.

Is the ZMOS trial really free for six months?
Yes. Startups and registered partners get the full product for 180 days with 3 users, 1 GB and 10,000 API calls a month. No card is taken and nothing is charged when the trial ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose Standard, Business or Enterprise, or the workspace pauses. Your data stays intact and exports as files at any time.
Who counts as a startup or registered partner?
A startup is a company in its early years; a registered partner is a business registered with Zudo Works. If you are unsure, ask on WhatsApp and an engineer confirms the same day.
Is Zudo AI included in the trial?
Yes. Every plan and the trial include Zudo AI, with a lifetime allowance of 1,000 requests per person.
Can I load sample data to look around?
Yes. The sample workspace fills the shop with items, jobs, orders and ledgers so the first day is not spent on data entry; you can clear it and start with your own.
