ZMOS is built by the same engineers who implement Zoho and custom systems for manufacturers. The product carries what those projects taught: an immutable ledger, job cost on the day a job closes, owner approval before an AI changes anything. The founder, Arunkumar V, worked as a senior supervisor in manufacturing at Brakes India Private Limited before he built software for factories.

Standard ₹2,351 and Business ₹5,879 a month billed annually, per bundle of three seats, on the pricing page. Services are fixed price for defined projects and hourly against an agreed cap for small work.

Items, customers, vendors and transactions export as files at any time. Licences, data and documentation on projects stay in your name.
- AI that asks first
Zudo AI reads within a person's role and proposes; a person approves, and data changes need an owner who answers three approval questions. It cannot save or change anything on its own.
- Honest scope
We say what a tool will not do before a project, not during it. ZMOS is for 10 to 50 person shops; a large plant or a process industry needs something else and we say so.
- We stay after launch
One month of free support and onboarding on every build, and a reply within 6 hours in working hours, 9:00 to 18:00 IST, Monday to Friday.

Why no testimonials?
Because they cannot be checked by a reader. Everything on this page can: the audit report, the changelog, the pricing page, the user guide and the award are all public or shown on request.
Is Zudo Works a Zoho Partner?
Not yet. The application is in progress and we do not use the title until it is granted. The team has hands-on work across 15+ core Zoho apps and 25+ other Zoho products.
Who is ZMOS not for?
Large plants, process industries with batch genealogy across many sites, and companies that need on-premise software. ZMOS is a browser product for 10 to 50 person sheet-metal, machining and fabrication shops.
What if we need something ZMOS does not do?
The low-code layer covers custom fields, forms and rules without a developer. Beyond that, the same engineers build custom modules and integrations as fixed-price projects.
