- Customer portals
A portal gives customers, partners or suppliers a secure place to see their orders, invoices, jobs and documents, raise requests and approve work, without e-mailing your team. We build portals on your existing systems (custom, Zoho or ZMOS) with your branding and rules.
- Secure logins and roles per company
- Orders, invoices, jobs and documents in one place
- Requests and approvals with notifications
- Your branding, your domain
What a portal usually includes
- Accounts and roles
A company, its users and what each may see; invitation and password flows; optional single sign-on.
- Status and documents
Order and job status, delivery notes, invoices and statements, downloadable PDFs.
- Requests and approvals
Quote requests, support tickets, approvals of quotes or drawings, with e-mail or WhatsApp notifications.
- Integration
Reads and writes your system of record (custom, Zoho CRM/Books, ZMOS) through APIs; nothing is re-keyed.
- Branding and domain
Your logo, colours and a sub-domain such as portal.yourcompany.com.
How much a portal costs
A portal is priced by the number of screens and the systems it touches, not by the number of users.
A read-only status portal on an existing system is a small project; approvals, payments and multiple back-ends make it a larger one. The estimator gives typical hours; a written quote follows a discovery call.
Questions
Can a portal be built on Zoho Creator instead of custom code?
Often yes: Creator has a customer portal with its own user pricing, and it is the cheaper route when your data already lives in Zoho. We build both and recommend whichever fits.
How much does a custom customer portal cost to build?
Priced per project from screens and integrations; a read-only status portal is a few weeks, a portal with approvals and payments is longer. Estimate the hours on our pricing page and ask for a quote.
Tell us the workflow that breaks
