What a shop runs on ZMOS
- Stock and material
Receipts, issues, transfers and counts post to an immutable ledger; balances are live per item and warehouse; a correction is a new movement, never an edit. Reorder points flag what is about to run out.
- Production and bills of materials
Each manufactured part has a BOM with components, quantity per unit, scrap and revisions. The editor shows every component's cost and the material cost per unit from current item costs.
- Work orders, job cards and job cost
Open a job, print its card or barcode, issue material to it, log labour at work centres, close it. Material at real cost plus labour at your rate gives the job's cost the day it closes, per job and per unit.
- Quality
Inspections, non-conformance reports and corrective actions (CAPA) with photos and signatures, linked to the items and jobs they concern.
- Purchasing, sales and accounting
Purchase orders and vendor bills, quotes, sales orders, deliveries and invoices, with journals, banking, expenses and financial reports in the same workspace.

ZMOS tracks stock, bills of materials, work orders, material issue and job costing for small and mid-size manufacturing shops, with purchasing, quality, CRM and accounting in the same workspace. It runs in the browser; nothing is installed.
Who is ZMOS for?
Owners and the few people who run a 10 to 50 person sheet-metal fabrication, precision machining or general fabrication shop: owner or manager, storekeeper and production supervisor.
How does ZMOS calculate job cost?
Material issued to a job is costed at the item's current cost, labour hours are costed at the rate you set per work centre, and the job card shows material, labour and total cost, per job and per unit, the day the job closes.
Is the six-month trial really free?
Yes. Startups and registered partners get the full product for six months with 3 users, 1 GB of storage and 10,000 API calls a month. No card is required and nothing is charged when the trial ends; you choose a plan or the workspace pauses.
