Every figure comes from a posted movement, so stock, cost and job status are true the moment the floor records them.
Bills of materials with cost roll-up
Components, quantity per unit and scrap percentage, with revisions. The editor shows each component's cost and the material cost per unit from current item costs.
Production and BOMJob cards that follow the work
Open a work order, print the job card or barcode, issue material to it, log labour at work centres and close it. Every movement is on the card.

Is the six-month trial really free?
Yes. Startups and registered partners get the full product for six months with 3 users, 1 GB of storage and 10,000 API calls a month. No card is required, and nothing is charged when the trial ends: you choose a plan or the workspace pauses.
Why a three-seat minimum?
A shop needs at least an owner, a storekeeper and a supervisor in the system for stock and jobs to stay true. Plans are sold per bundle of three seats, monthly or annually, from ₹2,351 a month billed annually.
Can I take my data out?
Yes. Items, customers, vendors and transactions export as files at any time. The data is yours; so is the decision to leave.
Do you also build custom software?
Yes. The engineers behind ZMOS build custom web applications, portals and integrations, and Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM and Deluge systems, for small and mid-size businesses.
Who founded Zudo Works?
Arunkumar V founded Zudo Works in 2026 and is its CTO. He worked as a senior supervisor in manufacturing at Brakes India Private Limited, so ZMOS is built by someone who has supervised a production floor, and he has also worked at Teleperformance, iOPEX Technologies and a Zoho partner firm.
